Thanks Renee

My wonderful friend Renee Mader (love you!!!) does a "Dessert for Dinner" party every year on her daughter Sophie's birthday at the park built at their church in her honor. Jacob always has a blast at this party. He loves the sugar!

My beautiful daughter!
One of my favorite pictures of Jacob was taken at this party too.

peek-a-boo
Completely pumped about the cupcake because I don't let him have that much sugar.

It took be two days to get the green off his face and hands.

Green is his favorite color.

He is trying to give me a "moo cow" kiss in this picture. It is something that he and Clay started because of Pappy's cows in Prentiss. So, if Jacob ever comes up to you and says that he wants to give you a moo cow kiss, RUN!!!!

My sweet kids

These pictures really speak for themselves. God has truly blessed us with amazing kids! They are in Jacob's bed together. He wanted to share his pillow with her.

First Cereal

Sydney's first time to try cereal was very interesting!
Gotta love that face! She didn't know what to do with the cereal.

Jacob decided that he needed to help her. He climbed up in the chair behind me and stayed there for a while. He called the cereal "her mush." He got it from the book Good Night Moon. Great book! I know that he can't read, but we have read the book so much that he can "read" every page to me and get all the words right. He reads to Sydney too.

Second try. She did better the next day. It only took her a few days to figure out what was going on with the cereal.

Super Bowl

We all know that I was really in the minority this year for the Super Bowl, but we had a great time getting ready for it. Jacob was excited about the game. The week prior Josh had Jacob saying Who Dat! Jacob would tell me that he was going to say Who Dat! with the boys, but then he would tell me that he would say Go Colts with the girls. I think I'm starting to confusing the poor boy!
Sydney didn't really know what was going on, but she was dressed in her Colts stuff too and ready for the game. You can't really see it in this picture, but the oneies that she has on has a helmet and football on her rear. Too cute!!!

Sydney is 4 Months Old

Look at that smile! My sweet baby is 4 months old! She is an amazing little girl. Her fourth month was great. She started eating cereal and did great. So much better than Jacob! Hopefully she will be a better eater than he is now too.

Beautiful!

I love this smile. She is such a happy baby. Only really cries when she is hungry or tired.
What a blessing!

Sydney's Baptism

Sydney Rene' Garner was baptized on January 24, 2010 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Brandon, MS. It was a beautiful service, and she was surrounded by so many people that love her very much. Mommy and Deda love you very much baby girl.
Sweet, happy girl!

Father Delaney - He is an amazing man who has been in my family longer than I have. Father has been a part of all my sacrements except my baptism (because we were still in Alabama), but he has baptized both my kids. What a blessing!!!

What an amazing and awesome moment!

Our Family

Our Family
This was also Sydney's first time to go to church. She did great! At one point she even started singing with everyone else. And she started talking to Father Carroll at one point. I have no clue where she gets her talking from!

MSU vs Florida game

Clay and I took Jacob to the State vs Florida game. For some reason, Jacob really likes Tim Tebow. Any time he hears his name on SportsCenter or during a game or whenever, he repeats his name and his face lights up. Honestly, I love the fact that he seems to look up to a player that is a such a good person and role model. When we were going to the game, I told him that Tim Tebow was going to be at the game. He told me no. He said, "Tim Tebow not at the Go State game. He at Jo and Josh's house." Too cute!
Jacob ringing Clay's cowbell. It is amazing the things that they let you sneak into a game when you have a diaper bag and a child.

Sydney's One Month Old

Sydney is one month old today! I can't believe it. Time is flying by way too fast. She is sleeping great. Just waking up once at night! I can't complain about that at all.

Jacob wanted Sydney to sit on his head. No clue why ... but he was excited about it, so Gabby (my mama) put her on his head.
Then he wanted her on his back. She seemed to have as much fun as he did. She smiled a lot.
